It would seem to me if an individual ordered an item "special" lets say a hamlett with extra ham. You would probably anticipate to receive a freshly made one. It appears not so at your store. For months I have been coming in ordering this "item" so many times that the clerk actually knows what I want. But on numerous occasions I have stood there and watched the prep cook pull an all ready made hamlett off of the warmer and add ham to it slap it together re heat it in the microwave and then sale it to me for an extra .70 cents for the added two slices of ham. Do you know what a bun tastes like after it has been reheated numerous times or been sitting under a hot light just to be stuck in the microwave again. Like cardboard. The service is normally freindly and quick but I wouldn't mind waiting a few extra seconds for a freshly made product. My wait to day for the over processed remake was quite lengthly the way it was. Lets just say my normal routine of an early morning Hamlett with extra ham will turn in to something else from now on. Thanks but no thanks.
