J C Penny has a great preteen dept. the kids love their clothes, and the prices are fairly reasonable somethimes it is so hard to please those preteens.

I go to the JC Penneys in Northfield Mall by my Bass Pro Shops and Wendy always does such a fine job on my hair. So often people take time to write the negative or report that, I wanted to take a moment to say I appreciate the service she provides, and how detailed she is with my hair. She speaks so highly of the company and the ongoing training they provide to the stylist to keep them up to date. I appreciate her and I appreciate you. Thanks John
